I only fished salmon in 94 or whenever that great bite was. I used to pinhead on the Seahawk when my friend was a deckhand. That and many trips allowed me to land about 25 fish during that great bite, I also hooked a thresher shark on 10 pound test and lost it after a neat jump.<P>Anyhow, I dont think I'm and expert but Ill make a prediction: the salmon will be above Morro Bay like they often are. I'd love to travel up to your neck of the woods if they bite though Rob--I know you'll read this. I hate to say it but I just want the meat--they dont really fight, fun on the bass gear.
