I am heading down to mexico and am going to want to fish both El Salto and Mazatlan. Can anyone give me some tips or tell what to expect for this time of year? Do you have to have a guide up there. They are really expensive. I'll do it if I have too.

I am sure there will be some great leg aswell in Mazatlan.

Any input would be great.
