I love San Vicente down here in San Diego. There is so much you can do there to catch bass. And there is so much variety in types of structure. As for my favorite bait, you cant beat dropshotting there with robos but since this is a trophy forum I will say the osprey. Many guys have success with that bait and catch a lot of good kicker fish(4lbs.-7lbs.) and the occasional 10lber. I really don't fish big baits all too much, really because I want to catch fish, a lot of them, but they should have a place in everyone's bag of baits. This is just me; what is everyone else's fav.
