Hate to sound like an out-of-state idiot, but, I am an out-of-state idiot (nightmare, I know, but bringing $ to spend locally, no zebra mussels, and any fish get released).
Anyway, is there any tackle shops that a guy from Oregon who rarely gets to see swimbaits in person shouldn't miss? Best place to buy a license? How do you get your boat checked for zebra mussles? What are all of your secret baits and spots? (OK, kidding about that one).
Sorry I didn't have time to do much research- my best friend and fishing partner of 32 years died and I am just barely deciding to go ahead with this trip as he would've wanted. THANKYOU FOR ANY HELP!
