The notion that stocked trout are damaging native amphibian populations at these lakes is so absurd and beyond comprehension that it just makes me ill. What is next, the systematic destruction of all bass, catfish, crappie, and bluegill?

Maybe we should shoot blue herons and night egrets by helicopter because they are known to eat frogs as well? Better start poisoning the local populations of water snakes and otters while they are at it.
