I have no explanation for the noon hour spike, but it's noticable. In this chart I've limited data to swimbait fish only, and removed bed fish. The 10am-12pm timeframe is big again. Bill Murphy mentioned the mid-day hour as being good as well, but I don't remember if he had an explanation either.

Who knows?
