I used to live in Bay Minette, AL, so know those waters well. You should definitely buy the Hitch colored ROF 5 Huddleston to imitate the golden shiners in your waters. And get a slammer, choose any color and if I was you Id get the 9 inch (trust me, it will work on fish of all sizes). I dont personally like any of the bluegill imitators out there (unless bed fishing) but the Mattslures bluegills look great in the water. Let us know how your progress is coming.
