The water in this little lake cooled off a lot in the last week. I would say it was probably at least a 5 degree change since last weekend. I threw the blade for a while and didn't get anything, tried the pointer with the same success. I switched up to a senko and got a couple quick fish, both around 1.5. After that it was still pretty slow, so I switched up to a finesse setup, dart-heading a tiny brush hog about 10 - 15 feet off of the tullies in about 10 feet of water. Picked up 4 fish (biggest going 2.5), and lost one about 3 pounds that got about 2 feet out of the water to say goodbye. I did break 2 fish off, one on the dart head which felt real good, but I never saw it, and one on the senko which wrapped me around a bunch of tullies. All in all, not too bad...I was on the water for about 2 hours.
