I fished a club tourney there on 4/5 and smacked em. We got on a crank bite that lasted all day. That lake is beautiful. Me and my partner both had limits of fish and a 7lb 12oz kicker. One of the best trips I have had in recent years. All our fish were in 3-5 ft of water on wood. The hot baits were 1/4 oz speed traps in Chart/Blue and Bluegill. We did get a couple on blades early but that bite died quickly. We fished tight to the shore and made our casts parallel to the bank to maximize our time in the strike zone. I found that it was neccesary to make several cast to the same spot but at different angles to consistently get bit. The wind blown banks were key in the afternoon.
