Took the boat out saterday morning and launched to a real heavy mist.I fished a jig on the deeper steep shoreline for no fish:-( and then headed into baily cove(you still can't get into the creek) to throw a spinner bait.I got 3 good fish on the blade between 3-5#s.The funny thing was the water temp was only about 50-51 degrees and all my bites came in real shallow water.I mean like from less than 1' to 2' deep right on the bank!:D I had 1 fish(the5#) hit it like a freight train and the others just kinda loaded up the rod.I slowrolled the bait and all fish came from either partialy submerged to submerged rocks.The fish also had red lipps so I geuss they're starting to feed on the craws:7 I might try anderson on monday if the ramp is open.I have to break in my new motor!!:7 :7
