#21031, "Buying my first kickboat."

I am interested in buying my first kickboat. The one I found that im interested in is a Fish Cat Streamer XL by Outcast. Has anyone used this brand of boat? It sells for 239.99. It has 8ft 600-denier pontoons, an adjustabe seat, and mesh cargo deck and strapping apron. It looks like it would work well for me. Also, when im using a live well with it do I use the follow me bag or make a new livewell for the boat. I have no idea where I would start with making a live well. Something easy and consistent would be nice. And with the rod holders can I just use zip ties and tie them to the boat?
Thanks
Elliott Phelps
