WOW!!!! What a hoot! 19 anglers showed up to play in the wind. I started off in the first bay and was triing a little bit of everything for nothing. Then I moved over to Marlin bay. I got my first bite on a speed trap and it was maybe 2 pounds. It came unbuttoned at the boat, ouch! A few minutes later I got my first keeper of maybe 3 pounds on the same speed trap, woo hooo!

I moved on to the next bay and picked up my second fish on a jig. I weighed in 6.50 for two beautiful Delta fish and I think a 5th place finish. I had a blast fishing with the Bass-N-Tubes club once again. Sure would have liked to see some of those other old bass-n-tubers:P I can't wait untill the White Slough event... Thanks to all the officers for a great event and it was good to see you all on waters other then Clear Lake.
