You need to log into the forum. If you don't have a user account already you can create one by going to the main calfishing.com message boards and clicking on "first time visitor, please register". If you forgot your password on an existing account, you can click on login, then click on where it says "click here if you forgot your password" or whatever.

Once you are logged in there should be a file upload section below where you post.
