Thanks for the tips.
I have a hard time dropshotting in shallow water. It seems like a strange place to do it. I'd rather flip or fish a texas rig or even split shot. The dropshot seems too snaggy. I have to force myself to do it and live with the lost rigs.
Anyway, good luck at the Harris Chain. Knock 'em dead!
