I had a thought about this while at Clear Lake. Once a lake or area of the Delta is selected for a tourney, the roads to be used for transporting our fish could be specified in the permit application. Anyone deviating from the permit could be DQ'd and fined/ticketed, etc.
Food for thought when suggesting a rule change to the DFG.
