This year was a fun ride. I don't think I weighed in a fish bigger than 3.5 lbs all year but I had 4 limits in 6 DR events and never got skunked. Bill got a big lead early and Joey almost snuck up on me at the last tourney. I thought I was done for when Joey caught that damn 3 pounder at the ramp with 5 minutes to go! That was too close for comfort but my little 7 lb limit was just enough to pull it out. Sunday was my 10th anniversary and my wife made me go fish because she knew how much I wanted to win AOY after getting close last year. She's the best! :) We're going to Vegas this weekend to celebrate the anniversary a week late.

I hope to see everybody on the river again next year.
