I like that particular tube. A bit pricey but a good tube.
Another option would be the SuperCat from New World Mfg. It's made right here in Sonoma county and IS a bit more expensive than the Outcast. http://www.newworldmfg.com/supercat.htm
I've been using one for 5 years and I've found nothing better as a "hike-in" type boat. Plus it's extremely light and durable.
