Well,I went out for my bday from rivers end and had the best day for #'s I've had in a while.(Schoolie stripers helped!)
I started at the end of victoria(by the ski club island)and right when I stopped there were schoolie stripers everywhere.I tossed a splash it and spook for a bunch of fish between 10"-15"s.I threw a frog for a while but they were only slurping at it and not eating it.;( I did get some largies up to 2.5 lbs on a crank bait and then I started throwing the jig.(am I glad I did that!)I picked up about 10-11 fish on the jig.All around 2-3 lbs and they were munching it on the fall :9 All jig fish were deep or with deep water and current reel close.Looks like the jig bite picked up :7
