Last week I bought on line two brand new AS70MLF2 spinning rods. I was hoping to use them as finesse smallmouth bass rods. Well, I should have tried them before I bought them, as they are not going to work to throw slider heads and finesse worms. They are rated 4-10 pound (1/8-3/8 ounce), but they sure feel like they are made to handle baits that weigh at least a 1/4 ounce minimu and probably 3/4 ounce on the upper end. These rods have never left my backyard, but I can't return them to the seller.

So, someone must really need these! I'd like to trade these for two rods that are of equal quality but could handle a drop shot applications or slider heads with 4 lb line. I'll consider any rod manufacturer, two or one piece rods, new or used.

I'd like to get two rods the same, and I payed $120 each for these rods, to give you some sence of the kind of quality I'm hoping to trade for.....
