My wife bought me some polyester socks at Target, and they are OUTSTANDING to wear underneath waders. My feet stay dry as a bone all day! Target has multiple brands, Pro Series, Cherokee, etc. They come in packs of 2 & 3 pairs, starting at $9.99.

They're definitely better than panty hose. I have thrown away my garter belts, but I did keep one pair of "control top with a built-in panty"!:+

Check 'em out. I refuse to wear cotton socks anymore.
