Has anyone had any sucess fishing hudds in waters were there are no trout? Because I cant seem to catch anything on mine.

I havent fished it much where there arent trout but I did get this girl in a lake w/o trout. This fish would have been 7.5+ if it had any belly on it at all.

Mabey that one just ate it because it was dying of starvation? So what do you guys think, mabey if theres no trout other baits w/ more action are better?
