#1957, "what type and #lb line to use"


          

I just got an AVET LX reel. I've got it on a Sabre 20-50 stick. any sugestions as to the #lb and type of lin to use for this summers albie run.:-)

For a reel that size and rod rating, I would go with 30lb test. That reel will hold about 350yds of 30lb test and that's more than enough for albacore. If they're line shy you can always use a flourocarbon leader. As far as brand goes, I usually use Trilene Big Game.
