Any opinions on the crucial rods? how do they compare to kistlers, lamiglas, daiwa t&l, etc.
I have a kistler helium for all my light casting (dropshotting mainly) and a shimano clarus MH for all the rest. But would like to get a better rod to replace the clarus. The main problem that I have with the clarus is that it feels a little too heavy to the tip.
I wonder if the butt cap weights that bass pro shop sells will remedy that. Any opinions?

I just got the casting drop shot rod it's a 7 foot with 6-12 pound rating. It's really sensitive and light, I fish GLX's and I must say I was a little surprised with the new Crucial. Good bang for the buck. The swimbaits rods aren't too bad either..
