I just wanted to let everyone here know how great of service they provided. I took my new Motor guide to be repaired under warranty. I asked if it was possible to have it back by this Friday so I could fish this weekend. I did not expect next day service! They were very polite and very helpful with my problem. I had the problem explained to me in full detail as to why the motor made noise. They replaced all the damaged parts (and a couple of extra pieces that I scratched)
under warranty and in record time. Now thats customer service!
