Does anyone here send their reels in anually to get them cleaned and lubed? Do it themselves? Any suggestions on who does this kind of service or offers reel repairs?
Thanks!

Shimano has a sheet with pictures they can mail you. Or you can send the reels to the manufacturer for service. That way you know its done correctly. I'm not saying the place mentioned is bad but the factory will always be better.

the best thing to do, is simply take it in to your local tackle shop. for maybe 15 or so bucks they'll do what they need to do to get it its proper care. to me, its way easier then sending it in.

kill bass, they eat fry. - its a joke!
