Looks like an interesting idea to make the hook stay straight out.

Hi Ken,

I've tried them and did not like them, i felt there where just too bulky. So far i have not been able to find any better than the Gary Yamamoto Gammie Drop Shot hook, I thinkg it's the best drop shot hook available.
