This is one I've been wanting to get finished for quite some time now. So busy working on my 2007 orders that it's hard to get time to develop the new 2008 models. Hope you like it. I tried to up my own game this year. The tail and fins were inspired by John Hopkins. I'd been searching for the right material for some time and he was kind enough to tell me about the microfibers. Here's a link to a video also... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNxoegsETpU

Another beautiful bait, very nice. Do you do anything with 3 piece 2 hinges in it? Your paint jobs are spectacular and I love the fins, that it one thing I really like about johns baits too. I think you could sell a lot more lures with another section though, I sure would be interested.

Funny you should ask! lol Here's a video showing me experimenting with joint positions for my upcoming double jointed models. The two baits shown each have the joints in different locations and neither is painted up or has the fins and proper tails installed. This was just a quick confirmation of having the joints closer to the tail end to get a less "snakey" action and more a a fishy one. http://s275.photobucket.com/albums/jj299/muskysnax/?action=view¤t=OldvsNewDoubleJointedSwimbaitdesign.flv
