Rob: I noticed that you didn't give high marks for "comfort" with the Volcanos. I've had my MJ Pipelines for about 2 years now and there is no other pair of glasses as comfortable as them. I've bought and ownd many different high-end s/g's and the Pipeline is the lightest and most comfortable of all of them.

Btw, I just got my Kaenon Kores this week and wore them while Bassin' yesterday. I noticed that they made the bridge of my nose temporarily sore but other than that, they were fine.

Dan,

A rep very graciously got me a pair of the Volcanoes to try and I wrote the review based on my experience with the glasses. For me they felt heavy and could get tiresome at the end of the day. I don't have the Pipelines so I can't comment on them but they certainly look like a lighter pair of glasses.

The Kaenons will be the next sunglasses review I write and I have been wearing them about 6 months now. I bought the Yellow-35 lens originally and liked them so much I bought the Copper-12 lenses more recently. For me they are very comfortable and I honestly forget that I have them on sometimes. How they wear for someone else could certainly vary as everyone has differently shaped faces and noses.

I'm pretty fanatical about sunglasses and I want to wear the absolute best pair I can get. I hope the reviews help other people in making their decisions on what sunglasses to buy. I realize there's not much on there yet but as time goes by hopefully I'll get some more glasses to review. I just have to build out the site one brick at a time.

Rob: Please don't misunderstand me. I wasn't disagreeing(I've never had a pair of them) with your comments on the 'V's, just wanted to point out that the very different Pipeline is a very light(and comfortable) pair of s/g's----kinda like my Kister Helium rods:-) .

I too am very serious about s/g's and appreciate all of your reviews.
