Well, I had three goals for this year (2005) and I only accomplished one of them, but it was the one I wanted most. Never did win a tourny from the backseat, and I didnt get my friend on a 10 pounder (but he didnt commit to it, so its not my fault:P ). I did get my teener though, so its all good.
My goals for the upcoming year are to get 10 bass over 10 (something I easily should have done this year, but hey, I learned sooo much by losing those fish), weigh in a 10 plus in a tourny, stick a 15 plus, win a team tourny, and somehow make progress towards buying a tournament bass boat.
Wow, that seems like alot.

My goal is lame! Only because I have been really big bass deprived living in the mountians. My goal for january is to get my first fish on a hudd! I havent even had a for sure bite on one! My overall goal for the year is to take home some checks in a few tournies and get back into my grove that i was in in 2000-2003 before I left. I have caught one 10+ in the last 3 years, really sad to me. So basically I don't have a numeric goal, but rather just to get back into my grove and hopefulyl get a few 10+ bass this year. Ryan

Hey man, you gots to go to almanor for that! I fished a few club tournies up there and the reno bass club took 21 lbs to win! all smallies of course. I had a few 15-17lb limits there. my biggest is only 4.5 but thats only cuz I kept taking the antelope turn off every time I planned to go to almanor! There are some toad small mouth there. Ryan

Well, as I have been saying, I really hope to get back to some hard-core trophy Largemouth hunting this year.
Would like to get double digits from 1 or 2 new lakes.
I'd really like to get at least one teener from my home lake Berryessa, but preferably a 15 plus. I know they are in there, and I'm tired of messing around !
As for the year, I'd like to get at least 10 double digits, with a few being teens, and maybe one 15 plus.
Oh.... and I can't forget the 6 plus Smallie ! And while I'm there, maybe a 10 plus Northern :-)
Hoping to stick some Halibut this Summer, and back to the Sturgies next Fall.
And one of these years I'm going to have to get serious with some trophy Stripers. Maybe this year ?
Anyway, great fishing to all of you guys. Hope you meet all of your goals :-)
Peace, Fish
