I called Sports Chalet again today to get an update on the Castaic floattube tourney. I was told they are still trying to work out the logistics of the tourney and it was not a sure thing yet. The person I spoke to the most at Sports Chalet is Leon. He is also largely responsible for the tournament, but unfortunately had a death in the family and will not be back for about a week. So, I will keep you informed as I get information on the tourney. I hope it works out this year because, I can't say this enough, it is a great tournament.

I sure hope they have the tourney because you are right it is a fun event. My friends and I have fished it since the beginning. My friend Jeff has always done good and my cousin Joe has placed also. But jeff is a better fisherman than Joe.
