I've been waiting for more than a month now to buy a slammer but they never get any in stock. Anyone know when they are gunna get a new shippment of slammers?



And does anyone know when they are gunna get the rago live trout on the site? Rago said he sent them a shippment a few weeks ago.

I'd say give them a call and ask them...

Mike Shaw is working away 6 days a week in his shop like he has been for years. There has been a much larger demand for Slammers this year than in years past and they are blowing through them really fast at Tacklewarehouse. I'm sure there are some on order, it's just the hand made aspect of it that makes it take longer. Mike is still making these baits from the ground up by hand like he has for from the beginning. It's a lotta work. Plus I'm going to try to get him out of the shop for a fishing trip weekend after this. He needs a break :)

I called the shop they said that they wont be getting any in for a few more weeks. I also asked about the rago live trout and they said they had them in stock but they wont be on the site untill next week. They are chargeing 89.99 for the live trout. Do you guys think its actually worth 90 bucks?

hey swimbait...what is the compression of the pictures that your taking. i just got a camera but the pictures always come out huge...or do you just resize them later?

I shoot them at 1200x1600, then I crop them to get rid of garbage space around the sides. Then I resize them.

seriously man, im gettin one later...its my new years resolution....what do they call that color? any one know the durability of the soft baits?

Jimmy, maybe you could try getting ahold of one of the Four-Eye Trouts that Joe Castro makes. They are very similar to the MS. I've seen one in action and they have very realistic action. You might be able to get ahold of him through the float tube/kick boat forum on this site. I'm not sure how much he charges for them.

Here's another picture of what Tacklewarehouse has in the way of LiveTrouts right now. The hard baits are $79.00 and the soft bait is $30.00. I don't know excactly how many hard baits are left, but both of these colors are available for now. They only have six more soft baits so get get 'em quick.
