We hit the water around 6:30 am and it was really foggy around the ramp. Out a littlebit the fog lifted and we hit a point and started drop shotting. My wife quickly got a fish on but when she saw the fish she got excited and tried to set the hook again and the line snapped. She then hooked into another fish and this one she landed. I actually got her to lip the bass which was amazing feet for her.

Further back in the fishing area my Mom caught a nice looking 1.5# fish on a worm I poured...I was stoked about that.

Then on Black Grape 6" worms I caught I nice 19 1/2" and a 2# bass in the same area and lost another small fish.

Pretty good day fishing...
