Fished the twilight out of CISCO on 9/9. Only a couple of WSB were landed (one a JP winner) but only a little bigger than legal. The deckie, Tom, said it has been strictly a chovy bite. A few cuda and sandies but all in all, a very slow night. I fished frozen squid most of the night but it wasn't working for me.
