#10825, "1st Place WON Tuna Tourney"

What an awesome weekend of fishing!
30 lb. Albies under the skipjack, 15-30 lb. Yellowfin on the porpoise. All of the above + 30-41 lb. Blue Fin under the kelp.

Tournament day we found a dream paddy! Started off with 25-30 lb. albies then turned into 30 lb. yellowfin before the 30 -40 lb. bluefin pushed them off. We were hooked up solid for the 3 hrs of fishing time we had. Ended up weighing in a 30 lb, 2 35's & a 41 lb Bluefin. Enough to win by 20 lbs.

It was a complete blood/sweat bath!

Thanks to WON for putting on another great tourney!
Also AA Marine for the Big Fish Check along with Big Hammer & the other event sponsors!

Josh

Thanks Guys!! Fun Stuff!
After we had our first WFO stop on YFT on fri. I pulled out my camera only to find it "on" with dead batteries. Between the 80 mile ride, all the running around we did trying to find the best water & the tournament BS I never made it anywhere to get new batteries (Big Mistake). The only pics were taken on Randy's disposable which is on a plane to N. Carolina today. Probably have to count on WON for the only pics of the weekend.

Sorry Brian!: Unfortunately the Big Fish Tackle deal fell apart last minute, (paperwork nightmare). I guess we waited to long. To bad because we would be going to Panama if we would have had the SMB Bass victory points. WON didn't tell us how the final points worked out (except 1st), hopefully they will print the final standings. I would guess we're in the top 5 out of 160 or so teams. I brought your # with me incase something like this happened but Ron wanted to work out the kinks friday since Randy has moved back east & hasn't fished with us for years.
