Daniel and I fished Goleta beach today from the kayaks and let me say, It was Tough! I had 1 sandy and 1 sandy/calico mut which was quite a site to see. Daniel had 2 Calico both were shorts and he some how managed 2 lings that were not more than 10 inches! It was a sad day both my bass were in the 14 inch range so it was a pretty sorry day. All of our fish were on Big Hammer Swimbaits in Wookie Wacker and Strawberry in 3, 4, and 5 inch sizes.
