Totalled 5 WSB (up to ~22 inch), 2 bonis, 1 spotty, and 2 halis (one 26 inch). All caught on big hammer and CPRed except for the legal flatty. Back at the truck by 10 am.

I was wondering where you were hiding.:-) :-) :-) Been tubing alot lately, mostly in Newport Bay. I like the spotties they are fun to catch. Good luck on your next outing and post your report.

I was using the Senorita in the morning till 7:30 and the Red Olive Herring after that. Both in 3". The senorit was on half ounce head and the red herring was on 3/8 ounce. Throw it out, let it drop to the bottom and slowly retrieve it back. Pay attention to the drop because about half of the time they will hit on the drop. If your throwing over grass don't let it drop to the bottom. Try to let it drop just to the top of the grass and retrieve.
