Did catch/release a few baby leopard sharks and surfperch near here a few weeks ago on squid. However, since there was a booming 6 to 8 foot west swell monday 2/25 and this "secret spot" was going off, I decided to surf. Waited about an hour for this wave (best one - only got 3). I was shocked that the photographer on the beach put this on surfline.com! Never had a picture on the net before...am stoked! Will definitely frame this to capture this fun moment in time!!
