Sorry, forgot some particulars:

Entry fee: $10 per person

Prize money to be divided %50/30/20

I am working on donated prizes for big fish as well as raffle from different manufacturers.... if you know of any, please let me know.

Tandem Kayaks are ok, but no fish sharing and fee is per person.

This is on the honor system, no culling dead fish, if you switch up fish, make sure that you can keep them alive. The spirit of the reduced limits is that you will fish for more than one species once you have reached the limit.

More to come...........:-)

What kinds of baits are you allowed to use, this sounds like fun.

All baits that are legal are legal. No dynamite, Gillnets or cast nets! :D

The idea is to come on out and have some fun.

Please elaborate on the "turn left at the No Left Turn Sign" direction. Thanks

I will post a photo of the sign.

I will also post an arrow with a sign on the sign......

(did that sound redundant?)

I will make it clear to everyone this next week.

This will be your first right turn after crossing the freeway.

Turn left here. I understand that they have sometimes closed off the gate until 6am, I hope not. Can someone verify that this is still open 24-7?

Thanks

I hope that I am not being too much of a wimp about this, but is the No Left sign a private sign that can be ignored, or is it an official CalTrans sign? I don't need any more tickets.

Thanks.

Everybody is doing it...........

Just kidding, actually, everybody does turn there, and I doubt that there will be Johnny-Law waiting at 5 in the morning, but if it makes you feel better, you can go straight and turn around.

The tourny was fun last year with some flatties in the 9 lb. range and a good mix of bass. Haskell's locals took home most if not all of the prizes. I'm in.
