Should have saved my money and got slammers!I thought ac dident pay atention to detail, these things are real poopie. The paint is comeing off in my hands and the eyelet on the nose is tweeked to the left and isnt even center, total knock off job.I could of done better with a broom stick and a beltsander.Oh well maybe i can rework it and come up with something that will resemble a trout ,looks like the poor thing would swim in circles!Tight lines and tight trouts!!!

hey dude, is the "Skinny Trout" the same thing as the "AC Skinny"? I had seen the AC Skinny a while ago, but was confused when you guys were talking about a bait called a Skinny Trout.

Not even close, its just an ac plug but way smaller like the size of a broomstick. With a fish trap tail. The basic desighn of an ac.And nobody claims this plug, and when i tryed to ask the guy from bob sands he got all defisive saying he gets them from a distributer and thats all clasified info and stuff. But its not worth the thirty bones i dished out.It surely would get bit but it aint no slammer thats for sure. You could modify it and fix it up to be a better plug though.tight lines and good vibes!!!!

What I was trying to say is ... Allan Cole is making a plug called the AC Skinny. It's a very thin lure, more like a jointed F-18 Rapala with a swimbait tail. I was wondering if this lure you got was this bait that AC is making. It sounds like it is not. I used to have some AC Skinny pictures, but I lost them or I would post them. Anyway ...
edit ... here is a pic of an AC Skinny. Like an AC Minnow but much thinner.
