Anybody seen or fished these? I don't know what's so special about them to carry such a high price tag? This one is on e-bay for $100. Some tackle shop in Temecula.

Hey where is the tail <grin>
Looks pretty nifty. I've never seen one up close or thrown one. 100 bucks for that bait is pretty nuts :o

i saw them at anglers edge here in SD and I also saw them at the bass a thon they definatly dont look worth 100 bucks.

We sold a couple of those last year, but when given the chance to re-order this year, I declined. They are definetly over-valued. The main part of the price is the importing them from Japan. As for the action(as Rob said "where is the tail") That's exactly the problem. This bait sits with the ass-end down in the water,and without the planing ability of a vertical tail, this bait squats at both joints at a slow speed. Definetly not Slammer, or even Monster Jack quality swim ability. Might be a good trolling lure but you'll have to ask someone else about that.
