#4533, "Painting Swimbaits for a better looking bait?"

I am interested in adding black dots and maybe red to the gills of some of my plastic swim baits. I have used permanent markers in the past and found that the ink tends to spread over time and my little trick looking small black dots become giant dots and my fine line gill rake becomes a big red blotch on my baits.

Is there a vinyl or other type paint that I can use to applying the small details to plastic swimbaits to give them the "real" trout look I seek? Any ideas, tips and or help in a brand of paint and type would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Dave
