You can get it at just about any tackle store that sells saltwater tackle. I'm prety sure that I saw some at Sport Chalet too. It's called Sevalon and it's made by Sevenstrand. The 60# calls for A5 sleeves but like I said before, I think the AM9's are better. The swedgers / crimpers that I use are made by P-Line but any brand will work.

They had the crimpers, the sleeves and the 60# sevenstrand coated there. I dont make it down there much. I tried to find it at Sports Chalet but they didnt have any of the above mentioned.

Are you sure the AM9 is the sleeve you like? If so why? I saw those in comparison to the A5 and it's HUGE! Did you mean the A6 even that one was much bigger than the A5. Could you elaborate as ton why you like the 9?
Thanks
Dave

If you're not comfortable with the AM9's...go with the A5's then. I prefer the AM9's because the crimpers don't crush the wire at the ends of the sleeves. I have broken off stinger hooks on fish with the A5's but I have not with the AM9's. That's why I prefer them.
