The first ones are a 9in Stocker and my prototype 7in bass
The second picture is a stock painted Hudd next to one I repainted after the paint was peeling off.

That stocker looks incredible, wish mine looked like that, maybe Id fish it more. How durable are your paint jobs on the Hudd? Ever thought of making some money on the side by repainting beat up Hudds? Id think about sending some to you, but youd have to include the red gill stripe!

Thanks guys,
That bass is just a prototype. I have to catch some big fish on it before I sell it. I will have a 5in version out soon though that has already stuck a few nice fish.
About painting Hudds and other baits. I just dont think I could do it at a reasonable cost. it would have to be expensive because it takes a long time to mix up the colors, make stensils, and get set up to just paint a small run. I do not think I could do it for a "fair" price. probably around $25 And I know that is outrageouse, Thats why I dont advertise custom painting. As far as having a Slammer painted I would highly recomend Joey Castro. his 4eyes swimbaits have a very durable epoxy clear coat and he is a damn good painter.

actually i am pretty close to broke, but i'll mow some lawns and earn some allowance

but fishing is a gaping hole in my wallet
i'm planning to buy:
5 of those baby bass that matt is making
a new cranking rod/ reel
more swimbaits
new senkos
like 4 new tackleboxes to store the tons of gear I just bought from BPS
and a few more rod/ reel setups wont hurt
but i only have about 25$

the funny part is, all you need is 1 rod and one lure, but the fish never eat the same thing every day!!!!

i'm sending you a 1,000$ check TC;-)

BEN

god bless
