no trying to start a war......i'm just curiuos why the hudd catches so many fish.......is it the way it looks so much like a real trout or the action of the bait?

realistic.

no trout swims like a snake, like all the other trout baits do. its just a subtle tail wobble.

Both. Plus Confidence plays a big roll also. With a Hudd you can cover ALL water depths and many ways of fishing them. The only thing you can't do with it is make it swim like a snake. I Love my hudds but I still have the others (snake or not) out and ready to try to get them when the Hudd is not the bait for that day.
