Just to be sure no one gets left out this is who I see so far that has reservations for Rancho on the 18th. Remember you must get a campsite if you plan to fish this event.

I see you and JC are sharing a site. Let me know ASAP !!!

Went to REED'S and they had nothing..Looking for a
8' flipping stick.

no problem Joe you can stay with us. I will be sleeping in my truck anyways.

Castaway rods arent easy to find in nor cal any longer. I believe Jay Lius in Newark has some but will verify later when they open.

My wife's birthday is Sunday the 19th so I'm gonna bail as soon as we get done weighing in. I'll be in big trouble if I'm not there when she wakes up. :-) I'll split the cost of a site with someone if need be but I won't be camping. They have a new automatic gate that lets you leave whenever you want so it'll be easier than last year when me and Big Worm had to remember a combination to unlock the gate.

ok cool, if you find someone that has only 1 car in there site then you can tell the people at the gate that is the site your in and you shouldnt have to pay, but thats up to who ever you are with.

I will get a camp site for Thursday night, but would like
to share a site for Friday night. No need to have a bunch

the sites are cheap enough that it would probally be best to get your own site, that way if someone decides to fish this event at the last minute then we will have a spot for them

Hey Larry, you might want to stick around and fish the tournament with the rest of us on Saturday night too :P
Dave and I will probably be going up in seperate cars so we'll be at the vehicle limit already. If he can't make it for some reason you're welcome to share.

Alright, I meant Friday night (brain freeze). So I
made reservations for Friday the 17th and I asked
to get one of the sites that will be used by BNT Sat
night. They gave me #50. I can shift as needed, so I
will be there SATURDAY night too (haha). Let's go catch
some radiation fish.

we'll figuer it all out when we get there...the problem will be is if you and I show up before basscat or vise versa...and the lst one in says there in #50 they wont let them in and will make them pay for a site...if all the sites are booked like last year, they wont be able to get in at all...its best i just get another just in case...i also have to concider anyone that doesnt read the forum until the week of the event and missis the bus on the camp site, so at least I can have a spot to put someone

Lake - I'll be sleeping in my truck so that leaves room for another tent at the site.

What time are you and JC planning on getting to Rancho ?

Joe,
I don't believe John is worried about the number of tents, it is the number of vehicles that is the problem. You are only allowed 2 vehicles per site.

I can always park my car at the gen parking
instead of the camp site. If you would like me to
get my own site for Sat night, I can certainly do
that. Not trying to make any trouble.

Just a heads up, you MUST get in the gate by 6pm. If you get there at 6:01 you might not get in. Period. Traffic can be bad for no reason on 580/205 going out there, so leave early. That's my advice.
