Wade, Carson and Taylor? We expected to see you guys at the Delta Open, you missed out on a great time.

i was planning on going but with one paycheck of just over 100, i couldnt afford to fish the delta and then clear lake the next weekend. i was bummed about it before, and regret it now that i didn't make it.

I took my Bass Boat and kick boat down thursady night and it was windy! Same friday so I stayed up all night fishing in the bassboat and then all morning too. It was a bit "breezey" even then sorry I wussed out but at least I was fishing. I did manage a 13lb limit of smallies and a tagged hybrid. Not worth any money, second tag like that. I think I was just a bit too anxious to try my new boat (new to me that is)

13lb limit of smallies that is cool how far up river did you have to go to get them? I would love to go chase some smallies like that.

The best place to get them in the delta is WHIMPYS and the Georgiana slough if you wanna go sometime just kick down some $$ on gas and we can take my boat.
