can some one tell me how to get my pics down under the 100 bites thing?
These are pics I have already taken and would like to post for all the world to see. My pics now are some thing like 195 bites and the system tells me that my uploads have failed. Help

Rich, try re-sizing your pics in whatever photo editor program you use then save them again. Make sure you re-name them if you want to keep the larger versions. 500 pixels wide is about ideal for posting on the forum and usually gets you well below the 100mb limit.
