The 2015 TOC is in the books!
It was a fun weekend with a real nice day Saturday and a fairly nasty one on Sunday.
After BnT's top 12 hit the water at New Melones here are the results.

Your 2015 TOC top 3!

1st place Dan Balaba.
Dan took the win and the tournament big fish with 20.58 pounds, and a 4.25 pound big fish for day 1 and overall big fish.

2nd place Rob Linden.
Rob had a solid 2 days of fishing and finished in second place with 19 pounds even.

3rd place Michael Alaga
Michael is our youngest competitor and had a couple of good days for 17.15 pounds for third, and the day 2 big fish of 2.40 pounds. We are gonna have to keep an eye on this guy!

Congrats on the win Dan! And how bout Mikey putting a hurting on the the second day to take home a plaque.... Very cool!

Congrats to Dan on the win. I can remember a trip we took 4 years ago or so where Dan didn't like spots! :+ he has them dialed now. Robert always in the game good job brother. What can I say about Michael? I've pretty much watched him since he caught his first fish and progress to the fisherman he is today. I was so proud of him when I rowed up the final day and saw him still fishing in the wind and rain. Way to go buddy! Happy to be there to see you get your first check and plaque. Many more to come. Watch out for this kid he is the real deal and will only get better each tournament. By the way he bought his dad dinner on the way home!! Thought that was cool

Had a blast at the fire and bbq thanks BNT brothers for another great year of memories we truly have a great group of people whom I am fortunate to call my friends. See ya next year or maybe at a no prize get together somewhere. :P

Is it February yet ?

Sup Bnt! Just wanted to start off saying thank you to all the guys jeff, mitch,linden and if I forgot anyone my bad, that made this toc and season possible! Also wanted to congratulate Rob and Mikey on finishing in the money good job guys!

Day 1

Launched at 615. It was moist and cloudy till 8, blue bird skies after. Water temp was 60-63 with 2-5ft visibility. Caught fish on a jig and shake head in 20-45 ft on steep rocky banks.

Day 2

Rainy and windy caught fish on the same kinda stuff in 25-35. Really cool seeing the next generation of tubers fishing competitively, way to go Mikey and Tyler nice fish. I also thought it was cool how we help each other out when needed, a few of us got stuck in the mud. Thx guys! Real happy to be fishing with a cool group of tubers. Good luck to the Robs in the club it won't be the same without you guys, hope to see you at the opens!Now get out there and fish!

I also had a great time this season fishing another season with BNT. It's a great club and it's great to see it growing!

I decided that I'm taking next season off as my son has been asking about fishing. Due to work constraints, the only time I fish is at the BNT events. I'm going to spend next year getting him into fishing. I do plan on fishing the Open though. That is always a great tournament.
