I was a little disappointed there were no pics posted but hopefully they'll have something in BASSMASTER in the upcoming months. Us float tube and kickboat clubs are starting to get RECOGNIZED!

Right on, Todd! Nice little write-up (of course, us BnT'ers are a little *jealous* that your club got all the press -- but whatever serves the cause, so much the better!). :- )

How'd you hook up on that, anyway? Did you go to them, or vice versa? In any case, it's good to know they know we're out here -- and taking it serious, too!

Hey, Mike. I just checked the BASSMASTER.com page. Looks like you need your BASS # & a log-in to look at their on-line version of the magazine. If you click on BASS Times with that info, though, you might be able to see it. I guess you have to register to get a log-in ID. You can get to the BASS Times link thru this URL:

Also, Jeff, I did mention BnT and will be sure to "suggest" another article soon, hoping both our clubs are mentioned.

This is another case of just e-mailing who I thought were important, getting it passed on a couple times, then hitting paydirt!

I'm not sure if I mentioned this earlier but be sure to look for a similar version of this article in an upcoming issue of BASSMASTER! Hopefully we'll have a photograph too! In addition to an article similar to this we also should have something in the Federation Notes page about our charity events (Make-a-Wish last year).
