That would take this sport to a new level for sure. :o Although clubs like SCBBBC and BnT have been around for several years, I believe it is still in it's early stages. As far as club and tourney fishing from floattubes and kickboats are concerned. It brings the sport of bass fishing to level where everyone can get involved. Not just the people with boats. I think people watch shows like Bassmasters on the weekend and think, "I'd like to try that". Our sport gives those people the opportunity to get close to that. If they were to televise something like the Clear Lake Open on ESPN, I think this sport would "blow up"(no pun intended) beyond belief.

Excuse my banter. I get excited when I think of this stuff. I love being a part of such a great thing.:+

Well, Todd, what we should work on is having BASSMASTER do one of those invited Pro's contests (where they use an unconventional technique like using some string with a plastic worm on) with a float tube or kickboat!

Let's see if we can put in some suggestions (I'm also going to see if we can get something on the US Open, Mr. Lake, with BASSMASTER).

Hey John. Will we need our own weigh bags for this event? I imagine we'll be waiting in line for a while. Hasn't been a problem in our club so far. Since there's not many of us and we weigh in right there next to the water. We just share one or two of them.
